Cartoon Witch Caricature

Since the flag was for Halloween, Op wanted a caricature of her neighbor dressed as a witch. Because it was intended for use on a flag, I stuck with a fairly simple cartoon style, using flat colors and minimal shading. A vector image would have been the ideal choice for this project, but that is not often within people’s budgets when it comes to fun, personal projects like this.

OP was still quite happy with the results, and sent me an adorable photo of her sassy neighbor posing next to her new flag!
